Field Study

Field Study is the study of the process of collecting and organizing data in a systematic way on targeted variables and allows to obtain feedback on specific analysis objectives and to analyze the results.

Based on a preliminary qualitative study, and on the objectives agreed with the company, we develop the optimal strategy for detecting feedback from the stores. We design audit systems with traditional and digital questionnaires aimed at detecting their quality assessments from customers – before, during and after the experience in the store.

We digitize the questionnaires through new optical reading technologies, we carry out cleaning post-reading verification to guarantee the integrity of the data, we define the output paths customized to the values ​​of the variables to ensure full compatibility with the most advanced analytics software.
